This site is operated by Mike B Marketing ("Mike B Marketing," "we," "us"), based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, the Quote Agent demo tools, and any Quote Agent subscription you purchase from us. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The quoting tools on this site are demonstrations. Prices shown are illustrative estimates generated from sample rate tables, publicly available vehicle data, and third-party parts pricing. They are not offers, bids, contracts, or guarantees of price or availability, and no work is scheduled or promised by generating a quote.

When Quote Agent is deployed for a trade business, that business — not Mike B Marketing — supplies the rates, labor hours, and pricing rules, and is solely responsible for the prices its customers see and for honoring or revising them.

• Don't use the demo tools to scrape, resell, or benchmark pricing data.
• Don't submit VINs, addresses, or personal details that aren't yours to submit.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
• Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Demo usage is rate limited. We may throttle, suspend, or block access that we reasonably believe is abusive or automated.

Quote Agent is sold as a month-to-month subscription at the price listed on this site, currently $297 per month, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Fees are billed in advance each month and are non-refundable for periods already served. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date; access continues through the end of the paid period. Setup or custom build work, if any, is quoted separately and billed as agreed.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

If we build a Quote Agent for you, you're responsible for providing accurate labor rates, flat-rate pricing, material tiers, and service areas, for keeping them current, and for complying with the estimating, licensing, and consumer-disclosure laws that apply to your trade and state. You retain ownership of your pricing data and customer data.

The site relies on third-party services, including vehicle data from the NHTSA vPIC database, marketplace parts pricing, scheduling and CRM tools, and hosting and database infrastructure. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or their own terms and policies.

The site, its copy, design, and the Quote Agent software are owned by Mike B Marketing. A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Quote Agent on your own business website for as long as your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer it.

The site and demo tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that quotes will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike B Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or mispriced work arising from your use of the site or the Quote Agent. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mike B Marketing harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, the pricing you publish through it, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
